ABILENE, TX – A 25-year-old man was killed after being struck by a car in Abilene on Saturday night, local news reports.
The accident occurred on the 3400 block of South First Street around 10:00 p.m.
A 45-year-old woman was travelling east on South First when she struck the victim. He suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police do not believe that intoxication was a factor in the crash.
