TAYLOR COUNTY, TX – A devastating accident in Taylor County left two men dead on Saturday morning, KTXS reports.
The accident occurred near mile marker 272 on I-20. A 78-year-old man from Sonora in a 2018 Toyota Tundra was traveling the wrong direction in the westbound lanes when he crashed into a 2018 Ford F-150 driven by a 50-year-old man from Abilene.
Both drivers were killed at the scene as their vehicles burst into flames. Police report that neither man had been wearing a seat belt.
