AMARILLO, TX – An Amarillo teen is dead after crashing their car into a restaurant on Aug. 3, Amarillo police say.
According to NewsChannel10, the 16-year-old was racing another vehicle southbound on Canyon Drive when he or she lost control. They crashed into the La Campana restaurant.
The teen, whose identity has not been released, died of their injuries on Aug. 13.
Amarillo police are investigating this crash.
