CANYON, TX – A 19-year-old woman died in Canyon last week following a collision with a semi-truck on Highway 60, according to local news reports.
The crash occurred on Highway 60 near 1st Street around 5:40 a.m. on October 12th.
The 19-year-old victim was travelling east on Highway 60 in a Chevrolet Malibu when she struck a semi-truck that was attempting to make a left turn from the westbound lanes of 60.
The woman in the Malibu died at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
