Motorcyclist dead following collision with pickup truck on I-35

AUSTIN, TX – A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a pickup truck on I-35 in North Austin late Sunday night, according to CBS Austin.

The crash occurred in the 13300 block of N I-35 northbound, near Howard Lane, at about 11:15 p.m., when a 30-year-old motorcyclist collided with the rear of a pickup truck.

The motorcyclist, who was not immediately identified, died at the scene.

The truck driver remained at the scene and has not been charged with a crime.

Authorities continue to investigate the collision at this time.
