Person airlifted to hospital after pin-in crash on Bee Creek Rd

LAKEWAY, TX – One person was airlifted to the hospital following a pin-in car accident on Bee Creek Road on Saturday afternoon, according to information from Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash happened between 2400-2623 Bee Creek Road at 11:54 a.m., after multiple vehicles collided, with at least one person being pinned within the wreckage.

The pinned victim was declared a trauma alert. After being extricated from the vehicle, they were airlifted to the hospital for the treatment of severe, possibly life-threatening injuries.

Two other people refused treatment at the scene.
