AUSTIN, TX – One person was taken to the hospital following a pin-in truck crash on Highway 183 this morning, according to information from Austin-Travis County EMS.

The collision happened in the 12000 block of S. U.S. 183 at 9:22 a.m., when an 18-wheeler truck collided with another vehicle, causing one person to be pinned within the wreckage.
After being extricated from the crash, one victim was taken to St. David’s South to receive treatment for possibly severe injuries.
