DEL VALLE, TX – One person was taken to the hospital following a two-truck accident on FM 973 Road early this morning, according to information from Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash happened between 3308-3428 S FM 973 at 4:24 a.m., after two large trucks collided. One person was pinned within the wreckage of their vehicle as a result of the crash.
After being extricated from the wreckage, the victim was taken to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
