AUSTIN, TX – One person was severely injured in a possible pedestrian crash on Highway 290 on Monday morning, according to information from Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash happened between 9436-9498 E Highway 290 service road westbound at 9:17 a.m., and may have involved a driver colliding with a pedestrian.

The victim was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center for the treatment of severe, possibly life-threatening wounds.
