AUSTIN, TX – Five people, including two children and a teenager, were injured in a multi-vehicle pin-in crash on Highway 183 this morning, according to information from Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash happened in the 9800 block of S U.S. 183 at 6:53 a.m., when three vehicles collided, causing two people to be pinned within the wreckage.
A teenager was airlifted to Dell Seton Medical Center for the treatment of severe, possibly life-threatening wounds.
An adult victim was taken to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center with serious injuries that were possibly life-threatening.
Another adult victim suffered severe, non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the same hospital for treatment.
Two children were brought to Dell Children’s Medical Center to receive treatment for minor, non-life-threatening injuries.
