DEL VALLE, TX – A woman was injured during a speed-related crash that happened on State Highway 71 in Del Valle this weekend, according to details from the Texas Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred at a traffic light on SH-71 near Ross Road at around 11:45 a.m. Sunday, when the 35-year-old driver of a black 2013 Kia failed to control the speed of her vehicle.
She then crashed into the back of a gray 2015 Honda being driven by a 43-year-old man.
The driver of the Kia sustained potential injuries during the crash.
The other driver was not reported as injured.
