19-year-old killed in single-vehicle accident in Beaumont

BEAUMONT, TX – A 19-year-old driver died after her vehicle collided with a guardrail in Beaumont yesterday morning, according to KOGT Radio.

The victim, Orange resident Jenna Nicole Stewart, was driving a Lincoln SUV on I-10 near Washington Boulevard when her vehicle ran off the side of the roadway and then collided with a guardrail.

Stewart, the lone occupant of the Lincoln, died at the scene.

No other injuries were reported in the collision, which caused traffic delays on the interstate for several hours.
