PORT ARTHUR, TX – A 6-year-old girl sustained severe injuries after being hit by a car in Port Arthur on Tuesday night, according to 12 News Now.
The crash happened in the 2000 block of 17th Street at about 7 p.m., when a 6-year-old girl was struck by a driver.
She was taken to the hospital in Houston in stable condition after suffering serious, life-threatening injuries.
The driver was reportedly not at fault in the crash.
Authorities continue to investigate the accident.
