Police say that the 20-year-old driver of a westbound Cadillac was likely intoxicated when she entered the eastbound lanes of Rancier Avenue and collided head-on with an eastbound maroon Kia Telluride.

The crash caused the Kia to catch fire, and the driver of the Kia, identified as 33-year-old Dianne Cintron, died at the scene of the accident.
