Narrative
SAN ANTONIO, TX – A 75-year-old woman died last Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash at a busy intersection in northwest San Antonio.
The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Rogers Road and Culebra Road, which is just east of TX-1604 in the Far West Side area.
Police say a black sedan struck the victim’s white car head-on when she made an unprotected left turn in the intersection. The victim, identified as Isabel Sanchez, died after transport to a local hospital.
Medics transported the driver of the black sedan to the hospital with non-critical injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
