CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – One person was injured during a single-vehicle crash on I-37 in Corpus Christi on Thursday evening, according to details provided by the Texas Department of Transportation.

The crash happened on I-37 near N Tancahua Street at 5:24 p.m., after the driver of a gray 2017 Chevrolet changed lanes when it was not safe to do so.

The driver, a 61-year-old man, then crashed his vehicle. He sustained potential injuries during the crash.
