Motorcyclist dead after crashing into cow and being hit by driver in Beeville

BEEVILLE, TX (BEE COUNTY) – A motorcyclist died in Beeville this weekend after he crashed into a cow standing in the road and was then struck by another driver, according to KRIS TV.

The collision occurred about nine miles southwest of Beeville on northbound FM 796 Road at 7:53 p.m. Saturday, as 54-year-old Beeville resident Randall Denton Worley was driving a motorcycle. He crashed into a cow standing in the road and was ejected from his bike. Worley was then hit by the driver of a Ford Focus headed northbound.

Worley died at the scene.

The accident remains under investigation at this time.
