Narrative

DALLAS, TX – One person went to the hospital Monday after a multi-vehicle collision along the highway near Highland Park in Dallas.

Just before 6 a.m., emergency crews responded an injury accident on the southbound side of US-75, or the North Central Expressway, between Knox Street and Oliver Street.

Police haven’t yet shared any details regarding the circumstances of the accident except to say that it involved four vehicles. Wet roadways may have been a factor.

One person sustained injuries of unknown severity.

Officials closed the southbound side of US-75 while emergency teams assisted the victim and worked to clear the scene.

A full investigation is underway.
