1 person dead after minivan crashes into vehicle disabled by road debris

EULESS, TX (TARRANT COUNTY) – One person is dead following an early-morning collision on State Highway 183 in Euless last week that was caused by debris on the roadway, according to NBC DFW.

The crash happened on eastbound SH-183, near Main Street, at about 12:15 a.m., when a sedan collided with debris on the roadway, causing it to have a flat tire. The driver went off the right side of the roadway, over the entrance ramp, where it was struck by a minivan entering the highway.

The driver of the sedan died at the scene.

The minivan’s driver remained at the crash site and has cooperated with the investigation. They were not reported as injured.
