3 dead, driver injured following early-morning crash in Arlington

ARLINGTON, TX – Three people died and another person was injured as a result of a possible high-speed crash in Arlington this weekend, according to CBS DFW.

The crash occurred in the 1300 block of E Randol Mill Road at 1:40 a.m. Saturday, when a driver lost control of their vehicle and went over a curb. The car then crashed into a tree off the side of the roadway.

Three people died at the scene.

The driver, who may have been speeding at the time according to witness testimony, was hospitalized for the treatment of life-threatening wounds.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
