DALLAS, TX – A single-vehicle collision along a roadway in southeast Dallas killed a 12-year-old male passenger and injured three others Thursday.

The accident happened around 8:40 a.m. in the area of 15000 Lasater Road, which is south of I-20 and east of Lawson Road.

The investigation indicates that a 12-year-old boy lost control of an SUV carrying three passengers, left the southbound side of the road, and crashed into a tree.

The collision killed one passenger and injured two other passengers as well as the driver.
