Man killed in three-vehicle rollover collision in Plano

PLANO, TX – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in Plano on Tuesday morning, according to CBS DFW.

The accident occurred in the 2900 block of W Park Boulevard at about 7 a.m., when the driver of a 2007 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck turned in front of a 2019 Volvo.

The Toyota and the Volvo collided, causing the Toyota to go over the median and into the lanes of oncoming traffic. The pickup truck then collided with a Chevrolet Impala, then rolled onto its side.

48-year-old Plano man Edward Dean Walker III, the driver of the Toyota, was trapped within the wreckage. He died at the scene.

No other people were reported as injured.

The accident remains under investigation at this time.
