One killed, three injured in tractor-trailer crash on I-20

LONGVIEW, TX – One person has died and three people suffered injuries in a tractor-trailer crash on I-20 Tuesday.

According to KTLV, the deadly crash took place on I-20 at Estes Parkway on March 8th.

A Honda Passport and a tractor-trailer transporting race cars were involved in the crash. The tractor-trailer reportedly rear-ended the Honda, causing the vehicle to overturn. The tractor-trailer subsequently rolled over the median and burst into flames on impact.

The driver of the tractor-trailer, 54-year-old Steven Stotts, unfortunately died at the scene.

The driver of the Honda and two passengers in the tractor-trailer suffered injuries. They were all transported to a nearby hospital. Their current conditions are unknown.
