Two dead in Grand Prairie wrong-way crash on I-30

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX – Two people died in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 30 early Saturday morning.

According to CBSDFW, the crash happened at the 4400 block of I-30 heading eastbound. Around 3 a.m., a man driving eastbound hit a pickup truck driving westbound in the wrong direction. Both drivers died at the scene.

The man driving eastbound was 35 years old. The driver in the pickup truck heading the wrong way was a 25-year-old from Oklahoma.

Their identities have not been released. There were no passengers in either car.
