JUSTIN, TX – One person was killed, and another three were hurt during a truck accident on Highway 114 near Fort Worth last week, according to NBC DFW.
The accident occurred on State Highway 114, near Three Wide Drive, at about 10 a.m. Friday, when multiple vehicles, including a semi-truck, collided.
One victim, described as a woman in her 40’s, died at the scene.
Another three people were taken to the hospital for the treatment of non-critical injuries.
Authorities closed both directions of the highway as they investigated the accident. Drivers were told by the Fort Worth Police Department to expect heavy and lengthy traffic delays, and to use a detour.
