SANGER, TX – Three teenagers died when the driver lost control of their vehicle and crashed into a tree while attempting to evade the police on Nov. 21.
According to CBS DFW, three of the five people in the car died. The victims were ages 14, 15 and 16. The 14 year-old driver and an 18-year-old passenger survived.
The accident happened in Sanger, which is a town just north of Denton. Police were alerted to possible vehicle burglaries and attempted to stop the teens’ vehicle, which was identified as the suspect vehicle.
The teens were in a white Ford pickup truck.
The teens gave chase and lost control of their vehicle at the 700 block of South 5th Street, crashing into a tree.
