1 hospitalized after hit-and-run crash in east El Paso residential area

EL PASO, TX — According to CBS4Local, one person was left seriously injured Tuesday night after a hit-and-run wreck in east El Paso’s Americas neighborhood.

El Paso Fire Department crews responded to the scene on Russolo Drive, just southeast of Sierra Vista Elementary School.

No details have been shared regarding the parties involved, but officials confirmed one patient was rushed to a nearby hospital.

CBS4Local said their crews arrived on the site at around 9:20 p.m., when the scene had already been cleared.

No updates on the victim’s condition have been released as of this writing.
