1 hospitalized after rollover semi crash on I-10 in central El Paso

EL PASO, TX — According to KFOX14, one person was injured early last Wednesday when a semi-truck overturned on Interstate 10 in central El Paso.

El Paso Fire crews responded to the scene on the westbound interstate at Raynolds Street, near the city’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. It was first reported by dispatchers on June 22 at 1:30 a.m.

No details were shared regarding the cause of the wreck, but the vehicle came to rest on its side.

One person was rushed to a nearby hospital with injuries considered non-life-threatening.

Footage taken at the scene shows visible damage to the cement barrier, which caused two left lanes to close on the eastbound side.

Video shared by a passerby also shows fire breaking out on part of the truck and the roadway.
