1 hospitalized after single-car collision on I-10 in central El Paso

EL PASO, TX — According to CBS4Local, one person suffered critical injuries last Friday morning in a crash on Interstate 10 in central El Paso.

First responders arrived at the scene on the westbound lanes near Raynolds Street (Exit 23A), in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Images shared by CBS4Local indicate the crash occurred shortly before 11:22 a.m.

Officials did not say what caused the accident, but one vehicle was found to have struck the median.

One person in that vehicle was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. It was unclear whether the patient was the driver or a passenger.

No other injuries were reported, and no further information has been provided as of this writing.
