EL PASO, TX — According to KVIA, one person died early Sunday morning after a rollover crash on Interstate 10 near central El Paso’s Tejas neighborhood.
The fatal accident happened on the eastbound interstate near Geronimo Drive. It was first reported by KVIA at 3:20 a.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but El Paso Police confirmed one person died on the scene as a result of their injuries.
It remains unclear how many vehicles were involved or whether anyone else was injured.
All eastbound and westbound lanes at the intersection were blocked during the emergency response.
The El Paso Police Department’s Special Traffic Investigators (STI) were handling the case.
