Accident all lanes, ramps on I-10 EB for hours near Cotton St in central El Paso

EL PASO, TX — A vehicle wreck last Friday night closed all eastbound lanes and multiple ramps on Interstate 10 in central El Paso, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
