EL PASO COUNTY, TX — A rollover crash was reported Monday morning on Spur 601 near Chaffee Visitor Control Center in Fort Bliss, reports CBS4Local.
The accident happened on the eastbound lanes near Exit 21 to Chaffee Road at around 8:08 a.m. El Paso Police and El Paso Fire Department crews responded to the scene shortly after.
Details remain limited, but fire dispatchers confirmed two vehicles were involved. At least one of those vehicles overturned in the crash.
No injuries were reported, but the right lane and exit were blocked in the aftermath. At the time of the initial report, traffic was backed up to Marshall Road.
The cause of the collision remains undisclosed at this time.
