EL PASO, TX — According to KVIA, a minor was hurt Monday afternoon in a multi-vehicle crash involving an Ysleta ISD school bus near El Paso’s Mission Valley.
El Paso Fire crews responded to the scene on the eastbound lanes of Loop 375 near Midway Drive, shortly after 4:00 p.m.
Details are limited, but officials said a total of three vehicles were involved.
Five patients were checked at the scene, including a child who was transported to a hospital with minor injuries. It was unclear whether the child had been on the bus or in one of the other vehicles.
A traffic backup had built up in the area during the emergency response.
As of this writing, no other information has been released.
