EL PASO, TX — Emergency crews were called to a crash Wednesday morning on Texas State Highway Loop 375 in east El Paso, according to Diana Gomez, KFOX14 traffic reporter.
The accident occurred on the northbound highway at Exit 35 to Montana Avenue (U.S. Highway 62/180), in the El Dorado West area. It was first reported by KFOX14 at 7:53 a.m.
Authorities have not provided information regarding the cause of the wreck or the vehicles involved, but the left lane was closed as a result.
At the time of the report, a traffic backup had stretched down to Edgemere Boulevard.
Commuters were asked to reduce speed as first responders worked the scene.

By 8:35 a.m., more than 45 minutes later, the scene had been cleared and all lanes were reopened.
No injuries have been confirmed as of this writing.
