EL PASO, TX — A vehicle accident was reported Wednesday morning on Gateway North Boulevard in central El Paso’s Austin Terrace neighborhood, according to Diana Gomez, KFOX14 traffic reporter.
The collision occurred at Altura Avenue Avenue, just west of Radford School. It was first reported by KFOX14 at 8:28 a.m.
No information has been shared regarding the circumstances behind the wreck, but the two right lanes were closed as a result.
Officials said the scene was expected to clear within an hour, suggesting a serious crash requiring an extended emergency response.
