EL PASO, TX — One person was hit by a driver Tuesday night on North Loop Drive in El Paso’s Lower Valley, reports KTSM.
The incident took place near the intersection with Lafayette Drive, in the city’s Lafayette Place neighborhood. Dispatchers first received the call at about 9;49 p.m.
Few details have been shared at this time, but the El Paso Police Department’s Special Traffic Investigations (STI) unit were called to the scene.
Motorists were warned of delays in the area and advised to find alternate routes.
At this time, the condition of the pedestrian has not been disclosed.
