A 27-year-old woman died early Sunday, December 4, after being hit by a vehicle moments after exiting her disabled vehicle. The fatal incident occurred on the westbound lanes of Texas State Highway 183 near the onramp to TX-360 southbound.  Fort Worth Police said at around 3:25 a.m., the woman was driving westbound when she was involved in a crash that caused her vehicle to disable. She got out of her vehicle and was fatally hit by a driver in a white Ford Mustang. The victim died from her injuries at the scene, officials confirmed. The driver of the striking car fled the scene without stopping.
