Two killed in collision on Highway 287

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX – Two people have died after a crash involving a tractor-trailer on Highway 287 Monday.

According to CBSDFW, the fatal crash took place on Highway 287 southbound near State Highway 360 on March 14th.

A tractor-trailer reportedly failed to slow down while approaching a traffic jam on Highway 287. The tractor-trailer subsequently crashed into three-vehicles, killing two people. The driver of the third vehicle suffered no injuries.

The victims’ identities remain unknown. 

Officials continue to investigate the fatal accident.
