GALVESTON, TX – A woman was injured during a multi-vehicle collision on State Highway 87 in Galveston on Monday morning, according to information from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
The crash occurred at 4602 SH-87 (Broadway Avenue J), near 46th Street, at 11:53 a.m., when the 20-year-old driver of a gray 2014 Honda failed to yield the right of way while making a left turn. Her vehicle then collided with a white 2016 Chevrolet, driven by a 44-year-old man, and a silver 2003 Nissan being operated by a 37-year-old woman.
The driver of the Nissan sustained possible injuries during the crash.
The other drivers were not hurt.
