30-year-old man hospitalized after crashing into tree in Baytown

BAYTOWN, TX (HARRIS COUNTY) – A 30-year-old man was taken to the hospital after colliding with a tree in Baytown early Friday morning, according to KHOU.

The accident occurred near the intersection of Bramble Creek Drive and Decker Drive at about 1 a.m., when a 30-year-old man lost control of his Honda Civic.

The Civic veered into a tree in the median, and the driver was trapped within the wreckage.

He was airlifted to the hospital with undisclosed injuries and is expected to recover.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash at this time.
