Aldine ISD officer hurt after driver intentionally rams police cruiser

ALDINE, TX – An Aldine ISD police officer was hurt after being rammed by another driver on West Montgomery Road early Tuesday morning.

According to the Harris County Precinct 1 Constable, the crash happened in the 10900 block of West Montgomery Rd at 3:45 a.m., when a black, late-model Camaro rammed into the Aldine ISD officer’s police cruiser.

The impact pushed the vehicle into a concrete wall. The unknown driver is then reported to have repeatedly crashed into the police vehicle, pushing it into a private backyard.

The suspect driver then fled the scene, headed northbound on W Montgomery.

The officer sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash.

Authorities are searching for a black Camaro with heavy damage to the front and side of the vehicle. Those with any information on the crash are asked to call the Harris County Constable’s Office at 713-755-7628.
