LOUETTA, TX (HARRIS COUNTY) – A 3-year-old boy was fatally run over by his father in what authorities have described as a tragic accident in northwest Harris County on the Fourth of July, according to KPRC 2.
The crash happened in Louetta in the 16000 block of Sugar Tree Road before 4:20 p.m., when a father accidentally hit his 3-year-old child with his vehicle.
The boy died as a result of the accident.
The father remained at the scene after the crash.
Authorities continue to investigate the accident at this time.
