Narrative

HOUSTON, TX – Police in Houston are investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Tuesday at around 10:05 p.m. at the intersection of Little York Road and Maple Leaf Street.

According to the police, a 24-year-old man was riding a teal Suzuki GSX-R600 motorcycle at a high rate of speed while westbound on Maple Leaf Street. When and eastbound black Mercedes GLA Little York Road and turned north onto Maple Leaf, colliding with the motorcycle. The man lost control of his motorcycle and slammed into right rear side of the Mercedes.

The motorcyclist, whose identity is not mentioned in the report, died at the scene. The driver of the Mercedes, a 21-year-old male, remained at the scene and was found not to be impaired after being questioned by the police. None of the occupants of the Mercedes were seriously injured.
