HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department reported that a pedestrian was fatally struck by an 18-wheeler in east Houston on Tuesday afternoon.
Responding to a call at approximately 2 p.m., officers arrived at the 7600 block of N. Wayside Drive, near Ley Road.
Officials say the unidentified pedestrian was already deceased when first-responders reached the location. As of now, the victim’s identity has not been disclosed.
