Motorcyclist killed after collision with pickup truck near Spring shopping plaza

SPRING, TX – A motorcyclist is dead after a driver failed to yield while exiting a shopping plaza in Spring this weekend, according to KHOU.

The crash happened in the 18500 block of Kuykendahl Road, near Cypresswood Plaza, at about 3:25 p.m. Sunday afternoon after the driver of a pickup pulled out of a parking lot and onto Kuykendahl.

The driver of the pickup failed to yield the right of way and pulled into the path of a motorcyclist, who then collided with the truck.

The motorcyclist died at the scene.

The other driver was not reported as injured.

Neither of the drivers was publicly identified in the report.
