Motorcyclist killed in wrong-way collision with truck on Grand Pkwy

CYPRESS, TX – The driver of an allegedly stolen motorcycle was killed in a wrong-way accident on the Grand Parkway early yesterday, according to KHOU.

The crash happened in the southbound lanes of the highway, near Bridgeland Creek Parkway, at about 2 a.m. when a reportedly stolen motorcycle, headed in the wrong direction, collided with a semi-truck. The truck then hit a cable barrier.

The motorcyclist, whose identity was not released, died at the scene of the crash.

The occupants of the truck were not injured in the accident.

Authorities continue to investigate the collision at this time.
