Pedestrian fatally struck in collision in NW Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian was killed during an accident in northwest Houston this evening, according to the Cy-Fair Fire Department.

The collision occurred in the Bear Creek area, near the intersection of Clay Road and Scone Street, at about 6:15 p.m.

A female pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, leading to her death at the scene.

Her identity was not immediately released.

No other injuries were reported in the collision.
