Two drivers hospitalized after T-bone crash in NE Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Two people were hospitalized following a collision on Plum Grove Road in northeastern Harris County on Sunday evening, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

The collision occurred east of New Caney in the 28500 block of Plum Grove Road before 9 p.m., when a black pickup truck was T-boned by a dark-colored vehicle.

One of the drivers was airlifted to the hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries.

The other driver was taken to the hospital via ground ambulance.

The cause of the crash was not immediately available.

The accident remains under investigation.
