Two-vehicle crash on Sam Houston Pkwy leads to traffic delays

HOUSTON, TX – Two vehicles collided in an accident on Sam Houston Parkway Friday afternoon that led to traffic delays for about an hour, according to a tweet by Precinct 4 of the Harris County Constable’s Office.

The accident happened in the 6100 block of North Sam Houston Parkway West and Tomball Parkway in northwest Houston at about 12:10 p.m. when two cars collided with each other.

The circumstances of the crash and the identities of the drivers were not released by authorities in the tweet.

Delays lasted about an hour, with Harris County officials clearing the crash around 1:15 p.m.
