BAYTOWN, TX – A woman was killed, and another was injured during a head-on collision in Baytown last week that may have been a result of intoxicated driving, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office and KTRK.

The accident occurred at 2099 W Cedar Bayou Lynchburg Road, near Bush Road and San Jacinto Boulevard, at about 9:45 p.m. Tuesday.

A woman driving a Nissan collided head-on with a Chevrolet Tahoe that was stopped at a traffic light. The Tahoe went into a ditch, and its driver was taken to the hospital for the treatment of non-critical wounds.
